The first 2 seasons of Dexter are good, then the next 3 seasons are less good and the final 2 seasons are so bad I never bothered with the revival. One of the main problems was that the show forgot that Dexter was an anti-hero at best and started painting him far less critically

The first season of Handmaid's Tale is good, and then it gets less and less good. Partly because June's plot armor reaches ridiculous proportions and partly because merely showing Gilead's evil isn't compelling for long.
