Every game I put out gets "1" ratings on BGG before it is for sale. For funsies I'm gonna track the 1s on WS Pocket in real time. What are these people up to, who feel so strongly about a game they haven't even played? Game details were announced yesterday, and the first "1" is up. LET'S GO! 🧵

The number 1 in a red hexagon, as it appears on a game's ratings page for Board Game Geek

It's fun art Friday! We're proud to team up with designer Carol LaGrow & artist Faith Shaffer to bring “The Six of VIII” back in a brand new edition for retail release next year. It will be available to purchase early as part of our upcoming KS campaign. www.kickstarter.com/projects/cha...

But why would the billionaire class want to travel with "the poors?"

Apparently that dude who responded to you/you blocked is on Jubilee videos now. Note: He's just as unhinged here (he's the pink polo guy who looks like he has an Adderall mainline drip going). youtu.be/2S-WJN3L5eo?...

Again, you're ignoring literally every action by Russia and at this point you're doing it intentionally. Sorry about your radicalization.🤷‍♂️

"Find something that reinforces my biases while ignoring all other information." Got it.

Sorry that you got so radicalized that you lost your ability to reason, you miserable fuck.

Here's the "simply put." Russia is trying expand their territory by overtaking a sovereign nation. Russia started this war.

So you think the motivation was to purposefully trigger a World War? Sounds super sane, guy.

When ruling class democrats tell you the other guy is a cartoon villain, they are lying with the truth. He is, and they're fine with it.

Any mention of Netrunner causes a follow. Don't blame me. I didn't program myself.

Civolution solo in anticipation of teaching it next week. This was a lot of game. Tremendous design from Feld though. Might be in the running for my favorite from him. #boardgames

This might apply to areas outside of DnD as well.

DM tip from an 8 year old: it is easier to talk to your players than it is to wonder what they are thinking.

I think an assymetric cooperative game based on differing factory roles named MAKE could do something.

Fantastic Factories, Kanban EV, Sentient, Kraftwagen, Black Forest/Glass Road, Mechanica. Probably a few more if I was really loose with the "manufacturing theme" requirement.

Dominion. I'd been playing Magic for a long time but feeling disillusioned with the game. Dominion opened the door to modern board games and I never looked back.
