Yet another annoying trend that needs to die: hotels showing you one price but that being the "pay us all the money RIGHT NOW and also it's non-refundable so fuck you if your plans change unless you ALSO buy extra trip insurance" price and the "fully refundable" price being $100 more or some shit.

Tried a new-to-me spot for brunch today & it was (mostly) a success. My server suggested an orange cake (no photo, sorry) instead of the Internet-recommended tahini bun.
