Sometimes when I have a hard day I find this reassuring. That everything we are trying so hard to do will eventually be engulfed by the sun (I think humans will kill the planet long before then though) and it really doesn't matter. Kind of comforting. Don't stress.

Young me watches Olympic gymnastics. Young me signs up for gymnastics. Young me was never athletic (until I discovered hiking as a teen). Young me was perhaps the worst gymnast ever. I thought I could do it! I could not do it. Quit after 3 weeks.

There’s a lack of EVERYTHING for the postal workers I talk to here in the Midwest. Terrible and inept management, understaffing. Where I work the carrier chooses to just not deliver several days a week and lies saying a package was undeliverable due to closed business. Might be overworked or a jerk.
