I have an EV in Georgia and I pay a similar tax when renewing registration. I actually don't mind it as those taxes do indeed go to road maintenance and such which I am no longer paying. Is there a similar portion of gas taxes that goes to the feds for road mainenance?

A major reason it is good at programming is because there are mechanisms in place for it to try, fail, and try again all without needing input from you. When compilation fails, it is told why, and will just make updates to correct it. Also if test cases have been generated either by you or the AI.
