Not sure if that counts, but I imagine those stores for pet supplies (Fressnapf being the only example I can think of, and it's local) would have plenty of supplies to turn a handful of customers into obedient pets, be it cages for birds or rodents, food bowls, collars, leashes, aquariums, pet food.
