Not the most successful moth trapping as the wind picked up. Tried out works new set up though so hopefully be a good addition to our woodland studies sessions. #moths #wildlife #naturalworld Moss Carder Bees at Hynish this morning. Plenty shore birds. Turnstone, Sanderling, Oystercatcher, Redshank, Ringed Plover….. #tiree #innerhebrides A not hugely productive hour at Loch Bhasapoll, Tiree. 4 mute swans with juveniles, Greylag, good number of Snipe, potentially 2 tufted duck and a little grebe but a good distance off. #tiree @rspbscotland.bsky.social Hough Bay this afternoon. Redshank, Sanderling, Ringed Plover, Oystercatcher, Turnstone, Gannet, Common Gull. Escorted by Swallows along the track. #tiree #scottishwildlife #innerhebrides Devon this weekend for a swim event. Pod of around 12 dolphin on Saturday evening across Bigburry Bay, Bantham. Lots of Burnet moths and butterflies around. #wildlife #devon Cornwall☀️☀️☀️ #wildlife #sunshine #nature Great to see the Chough. So many Painted Lady butterflies, saw a single Clouded Yellow. Massive skies, glorious coastal landscape.
