Pumpkin soup with some good sour dough is a delicious pairing. I love to add some apples to it as well. Red apple, eggplant, onions, lil garlic, salt pepper smoked paprika. I use chicken broth :3

It's worth knowing that most people experience this. When I was 19 I wasn't where I wanted to be, then at 25 I realized I've been too focused on moving forward constantly. Not to stop and smell the roses. I feel like a boomer giving that info, but yeah. Don't rush yourself. You're doing great. :>
