so crazy to me that a woman asked trump if he has any words for epstein's victims and he said "you as a young woman should smile more." it will go nowhere bc republicans refuse to hold trump accountable, but it's still pretty crazy.

We talked with our son about consent very early in his teens. It’s not just about sexual assault, but that’s crucial. It’s a broad question of humanity among humans. About not doing to other people what you would not want done to you. And being especially aware of differences in vulnerability.

Donald Trump is unfit for office. Full stop. Let’s be clear: pushing for the death of the very people you swore to protect is dangerous, reckless, and a betrayal of your oath. The American people deserve better.

Lafayette Park and the Ellipse exist as public parks because the nation's early leaders deemed it unnecessary and unseemly to fence off palatial grounds in the people's capital. "Trump's plan" is an insult to the nation's people and ideals.

In one month from now Trump will be openly seeking to overturn the Nov 3 results. We all know that is coming. That is why Democratic AGs should announce now that if anyone tries to interfere in their election--including Trump-they will prosecute under state law. Trump can't pardon state crimes!

Subverting democracy isn't new to John Roberts, Brett Kavanaugh, or Amy Coney Barrett. All three were on George W. Bush's "Florida Recount Team," which lay the groundwork for stopping vote counting in Florida—and Bush v. Gore, the politically-motivated SCOTUS decision that gave Bush the election.
