Anyone who talked me during TWW would know that I spent most of it going "This is fine but god I cant wait for Silvermoon" and then they revealed it and, eh? It just didn't look like Silvermoon to me. It never felt right, something innately didn't work from the first second of its reveal.

I think in the end the new Silvermoon is a complete failure for me. Only looks like a real city from far away. Background Music is the same music they play in 3hr wait lines for a 2min ride. Horde area feels like the employee only area where u see the 'magic' start to fall apart.

Well really it was because they wanted to add high elves at launch, but they want Quel'thalas to be a big deal and there was no room for it. So they were going to just throw the elves into the human start zone, which prompted Metzens "nah go weird" The "why not both" is for future content
