#HealingHearts It's important to remember that the pushback you get for saying no isn't an indicator that you were supposed to say yes. When you've been agreeable all your life for fear of consequences, that no can be so hard. Hold on and say no anyway. #CSASurvivor #CPTSD #Pinks #ProudBlue 💛💚💜

If you say no to someone and they get angry, It doesn't mean you should have said yes.

Reverend Jesse Jackson called on each of us to be heralds of change, to be messengers of hope; to step forward and say “Send me” wherever we have a chance to make an impact. How fortunate we were that Jesse Jackson answered that call. What a great debt we owe to him.

We have been told for nearly 30 years that America needed to tolerate mass shootings because the broad availability of guns would help us defend ourselves from an overreaching federal government. That day has come. The people who said this are supporting the federal agents. Many have joined them.

Julie K. Brown is a reporter for the Miami Herald who did groundbreaking work on Epstein beginning in 2018, including groundbreaking work on the disgusting coverup by Alex Acosta. Her travel itinerary was released with some of the Epstein files. It appears the DOJ was monitoring her in 2019.

Post from Julie K Brown that says Does somebody at the DOJ want to tell me why my American Airlines booking
information and flights in July 2019 are part of the Epstein files (attached to a grand jury subpoena)? As the flight itinerary includes my maiden name (and I did book this flight) why was the DOJ monitoring me?

I think it’s okay to believe that winning a game like this is all that matters, and to celebrate the win wildly. In fact, you absolutely should do that. But I also think it’s totally okay to believe the performances since Bayern are concerning & will lead to more dropped points if not corrected

They don’t say anything as the first amendment is eroded. They will have something to say but not the right to say it when they come for the 2nd amendment. It’s so ironic how sure they the autocrats will let them keep their guns as they sentence them to a life of slavery in the data mines.

Is anyone talking about the shuttering of USDA facilities in Maryland would free up a huge amount of land that can be bought by billionaire investors to make billions more dollars? Add the NASA Goddard facilities and that’s almost 8,000 acres right outside DC. So much grift.

I recently signed up for a painting class (I’ve never held an artist paintbrush in my life). Letting go of perfection has been hard and I’ve wondered if this just wasn’t my thing. Today was the first time I sat down to make something and enjoyed the process AND the outcome. #photography #latebloomer

The innocence of Abrego Garcia, Merwil Gutiérrez, and an estimated 90% of the people sent to El Salvador proves this was never about “criminals”. It’s about racism. It’s about state terror. It’s about dehumanization. Fascism takes hold when people stay silent. It’s up to all of us to speak up.
