Of 555 stars selected for follow-up, we have analyzed only the first 16 as a pilot. zenodo.org/records/2212... Several candidates disappeared under stricter source matching, QC and cross-instrument checks. A few survived. #Gaia #Astronomy #Astrophysics #OpenScience #SETI #DataScience

Advanced civilizations could leave behind gravitational disturbances. If a civilization has stellar scale tech, we can't see the engineering directly, we can hunt for unexplained anomalies it creates in how nearby stars move. This is the premise of the survey I pre-registered. #Cosmology #Aliens

#JWST image of the pillars of creation was outstanding.. Though I think @NasaWebb or @ESA_Webb could do better with their images. See below. Using their dataset. Resolution can be improved, no AI. The full resolution image can be found here: stsci-opo.org/STScI-01GGF8... #Astronomy #Cosmology

Alternative hypothesis for Tabby’s Star: a massive companion carries a swarm of moons, rubble and debris. Collisions create submicron dust, then the star’s radiation pressure strips the fine grains into circumstellar streams that cause the dips. #TabbysStar #Astronomy #Astrophysics

#UGM02 (Zenodo) reaches the same channel-degeneracy conclusion mainstream multi-wavelength follow-up already targets via a structural argument, not an empirical one. #M81/#M82 are the closest analogs; Omega Cen/M1 are resolution controls. youtu.be/6iq-CvbRExo?...

If alien technology exists, it may look nothing like ours. We waste enormous energy as heat, so searching only for infrared excess may miss advanced systems. #UGM02 (Zenodo) based or entirely different technology could move energy with far less thermal leakage.

Earth’s 16s & 26s seismic bands remain unexplained. Classical models best fit today’s data; UGM suggests a testable first-principles hypothesis linking ocean triggers, Pc3 magnetic gating, retained energy and Earth’s geoid. #UGM02 Zenodo #Geophysics #EarthScience

Little Red Dots #LRDs are baffling astronomy. Many theories try to explain them; few make falsifiable predictions. #UGM02 does. Using GLIMPSE-17775, it offers a testable framework with clear observational predictions. doi.org/10.5281/zeno... #JWST #Cosmology #Astophysics

@whatdamath.bsky.social The strongest #UGM02 (Zenodo) signal isn't the maps themselves; it's that UGM’s L6 primitive appears to force a nonzero fourth-moment residue in 3D, giving a concrete mechanism for why DESI, COSMOS-Web, and SPICE-RACS might share the same anisotropic relaxation fingerprint.

Question: Is #AMOC carrying a delayed solar-memory signal? Do solar magnetic-cycle maxima precede AMOC minima by ~21 yrs, after ocean heat/storage lag? Some images are phased by +3-+5 years that helped spotting the pattern. The real question, what's going on with the Sun?

Viu Mobile @viumobile.bsky.social · 12/06/2026
Observation: RAPID #AMOC minima line up better with prior solar magnetic-cycle maxima when shifted ~21 yrs, in anti-phase. Not proof, just a lag test worth checking. #NOCnews #NWSSWPC #NatSolarObs

Time flow is memory in motion, the Universe builds its story one irreversible step at a time.

Physics equations mostly work forward or backward in time. The arrow appears because irreversible changes write history into reality. Time may not be a clock at all, but the accumulation of memory through structure. doi.org/10.5281/zeno...

#HubbleTension has a solution! @Nasawatch.bsky.social @ESA.int @vrubinobs.bsky.social will find a value of 71.63 km/s/Mpc 2.076 is the effective burden. The extra 0.076 is the small non-relay correction from channel depth, calibration, selection, or scalar-loading terms.

#Hubble_Tension? Under #UGM, there is no global expansion to reconcile. Observables are projections of admissible, memory-constrained evolution, & different measurement paths sample different memory regimes. @hossenfelder.bsky.social 🤔😮😊 doi.org/10.5281/zeno... doi.org/10.5281/zeno...

This planet probably looks more like a liquid version of Jupiter not Earth. K2-18b’s atmosphere should show memory states, not equilibrium. Expect recurring spectral families, delayed flare response, and intermittent molecules. JWST / ELT can test this. Pre-data prediction. 🔭

#AI won’t achieve consciousness with binary memory. The below prompts prove it. Can LLM’s infer time? Without time, their grasp of past, now, future becomes a hallucination, without it, they can’t determine outcomes in a temporal sense. Analyzing & understanding are different. LLM’S replies:

Jupiter & Saturn: chaos or constrained states? Jupiter: belt edges show plateaus + jumps (“memory”). Saturn’s hexagon: random walk or phase-locked? If Var[θ(t)] ∝ t → random. If Var bounded → constrained. Cassini + amateurs decide. #PlanetaryScience

We don’t measure infinite density, infinite curvature, or infinite anything. We infer them from equations. That’s a difference worth examining. If every experiment returns finite values, why do our core theories produce non-physical ones? Are singularities discoveries or failure modes?

MOND can model galaxy orbital dynamics without dark matter. The real puzzle isn’t whether MOND applies universally, but why it works so well in that specific regime & why dark matter isn’t required there at all?

Inventing dark matter/energy to save equations rivals ether & Earth-centered cosmology. When models failed, physics assumed the universe was invisible. Instead of fixing the math, physics ASSUMED invisibility & squandered decades, talent, and billions chasing the patch.

Some model observed phenomena. Others constrain the rules by which phenomena can exist at all. This equation defines the rules by which the Universe behaves and exists; familiar equations emerge as approximations of that rule under specific conditions. #Science #Astronomy #Physics #Cosmology

The master piece of cognitive preservation is to prioritize format over facts that preserves the gap so that intelligence always exists. If Format=Facts > Intelligence=0 (Solved/Brittle State). If Format≠Facts > Intelligence>0 (Adaptive/Evolution State)

If we short-circuit intelligence, it doesn’t end in catastrophe, it ends in silence. Civilizations become brief, isolated, and fade before they ever meet each other.

Intelligence grew because life was hard. AI makes life easy. If everything is easy, thinking fades. Our responsibility: don’t automate away the struggle that gives life meaning, or intelligence fades with it. #AI short circuits intelligence and leads to a paradox

H-alpha disturbance check If gas is being shocked or compressed near M32, you should see a localized H-alpha enhancement. → Continuum-subtracted H-alpha around M32. No ridge/asymmetry = no strong gas interaction.

Image the arc in two bands (e.g., B and R). → If it behaves like foreground cirrus, it’s local; if it tracks M31 structure, it isn’t. These are falsifiable with amateur gear and don’t rely on models, just whether the signatures are there or not.

If M32 is strongly interacting now, there should be some diffuse stellar asymmetry (wake/bridge). → Take very deep luminance, star-subtract, and compare surface brightness around M32 in different directions. Symmetric = no strong current interaction.

if you can't see the details, I enhanced the image so you could distinguish them. Wondering why I consider those items debris, they are out of focus an bit streaked, following a similar pattern as 3I/Atlas, I could be wrong. Though the overall morphology of this photo should be adequate.

#Astrophotography #Photography #Astronomia For those interested, I developed a python scripted that decomposed the image from Perseverance, then created 17 individual images, subtracted the overlaps, and then stacked all of them, to my surprise it was a circle. The reason, it was out of focus.

It constitutes the visible portions of the Cygnus Loop, a supernova remnant, many portions of which have acquired their own individual names and catalogue identifiers. The source supernova was a star 20 times more massive than the Sun which exploded between 10,000 and 20,000 years ago. At the time of the explosion, the supernova would have appeared brighter than Venus in the sky, and visible in the daytime.
