Only two notes I have is take the ranged legionary upgrade off the one with the instrument and give it to a BAR trooper, and give your troopers bayonets instead of swords. Use the ducats you save to give some kit to your elites like combat helmet for the banshee

Now here is something I do, if you take off the armor from the troopers you'll have enough to give your banshee a flamethrower. It auto-hits so her ranged stat won't matter, and the flamer range is the same as her injury aura range. She will be a nightmare

Definitely. Ranged legionaries with bolt actions give you consistent blood markers at range, so with a bolt action with 24" range you have maneuverability on where to put them. You can plop them on objectives and still have +0-1d on attacks.

The build I gave you is pretty tall, and you'll be relying quite a lot on your anointed, but having that extra range from that second grenade launcher can compensate for the lack of extra BARs if you use it right. Ultimately it's up to you though.

Until you're ready to charge her. One alteration I would make but isn't necessary, remove an anointed and add a couple more troopers, plus give your other models more kit like armor on your banshee and melee weapon for the anointed. Plus you would get better activation control and more attacks.

That'll work well. Activate your troopers and your grenade launchers first to stack up blood markers, then your heavy flamer and banshee to clean up. Keep the instrument by the banshee, you'll need to get her moved up ASAP, since she'll be your opponent's main target. Keep her out of line of sight

Palanquin with grenade launcher and sac knife, banshee with sac knife, two anointed one with heavy flamer the other with grenade launcher, then fill out some troopers with bolt actions for the rest. The banshee you can replace it with a third anointed for consistency by sacrificing specialization

The demons of the other thrones might want to use Leviathan to weaken the position of the current lord of Envy, Moloch, by giving him a powerful pretender to his throne. Plus, in the grand scheme, a powerful entity like Leviathan would be worse for the faithful's war effort free than chained up.
