Deb Chalmers @viridescentfrog.bsky.social · 15/09/2026It’s taken me an awfully long time to get to this point And like a pendulum, I’m sure things will swing again. Acceptance isn’t about giving up. It’s about making a conscious choice about how you want to spend your energy. It’s about focusing on what you can do and not what you can not. 000

Deb Chalmers @viridescentfrog.bsky.social · 30/03/2026I sat at the dining room table this morning splitting olives to go into a brine solution for curing. You split each olive with a sharp knife and then put them into a jar with water and change the water every day for 3 days. You then switch to a 1:10 brine solution and change it weekly. 100
Deb Chalmers @viridescentfrog.bsky.social · 29/03/2026I’m sort of sad my tomatoes and peppers are done for the season. I’m not a huge fan of summer (too hot), but the garden has certainly been productive.
