Disappointed that most of the people I think I trust end up hurting me. I'm autistic, trans, and I had a severe complex trauma from childhood until ~20. I try my best to be empathetic to those in the with similar struggles. And yet I've been hurt by traumatized people, trans people, autistic people

I spent the last 2 days learning how to use Praat to measure the formants of my voice / other's voices. It really didn't help me modulate my formants at all, but I have developed the completely useless skill of being able to listen to someone else's voice and tell what their second formant is

I feel like the hardest part of voice training for me is resonance. sovt had helped me go to higher pitches with a stronger vocal weight which is amazing, but I feel like even at higher pitches my resonance is warm instead of bright. I need some good exercises for resonance x.x
