On the way to grab dinner, we saw a rainbow after a glorious hour of good soaking, much needed rains. We chased it for a good photo spot and I got this over the cemetery with the flag at half-staff. Beautiful end to this day. 🕯️

Well shit. This is what hell feels like. I really hope I can get the garden cats through this mess. I go out several times a day to put ice in their water and to spray water on grass and dirt in the shade. I don’t know what else to do.

Very sad day. My mantis friend Bernadette has left us. I found her body on the ground this morning. I’m not sure what happened, if it was as the cats or what.. for a month, she hung out with me while I did cat chores. This photo is from last night when I said good night. I’m going to miss her..

I can’t even process today’s news.. so here’s some cats! I was late for dinner. They let me know. “You’re late. Don’t do it again.” Black cat is Francis.
