People (including myself) are out here talking about optimizing your #SQL queries. Isn't that the DBMS's job? Why do I have to hand-optimize this stuff? "Use GROUP BY instead of DISTINCT!" "Use DISTINCT instead of GROUP BY when possible!" Both wrong. 1/2
