Licensed attorney here, that's not true. Having a JD just makes you a JD. There is no distinction between lawyer and attorney.

I think it probably depends on the exact context of the representation. If the person is holding themselves out as a lawyer and attempting to solicit clients, I think that'd probably be commercial speech that could be regulated.

Okay, that does not matter. A generalized statement on TV like that will basically never meet the standard of immanence. You might not like it, but that’s what the law is. He’d have to be standing next to someone in the process of filling out their ballot for it to be immanent.

You’re missing the immanence. It has to essentially be likely to happen right now or immediate, not later today, or tomorrow, or next week. Basically any real distance negates it.

That’s the law as the Supreme Court said in Brandenburg v. Ohio. You seem to be arguing a lot based on what you feel like it should be, but that has no bearing on what the law actually is. It’s fine to disagree with the law, but what the law is and what you want it to be are different conversations.

Whether he desired it to happen immediately or not doesn’t matter. The law is that the lawless action has to be immediate with no time for intervening speech/cooler heads to prevail. You might disagree, but that’s what the law is and has been since the 60s.

Immanent would be he’s standing there while someone is filling out a ballot telling them to commit fraud. Pretty much anything short of that is protected speech.

Even assuming it was literal, generalized advocacy like that is protected speech. Unless it’s intended to and likely to cause immanent lawless action (and immanent is the key word) it’s protected.
