Mine popped up after an illness. Doc said if I would have done a dose of steroids after the illness, I probably wouldn’t have the ringing now but doctors aren’t educated on that so now I suffer for the rest of my life :) :):)

I saw an audiologist a few days ago about my pulsatile tinnitus. She’s sending me to an ENT- they scheduled me for an appointment on 6/3. In the mean time I’m terrified to sleep. I was doing fine but last night was awful. I’m sick of this human body 😭

I got charged $189 for a doctor to look in my ears at an urgent care and tell me they were full of fluid and to try Flonase. That was with insurance. This country, our healthcare it’s all a sick joke.

My ears have been ringing nonstop for a few months now. I’m going to see an audiologist next week but everything I’ve read online has me feeling pretty hopeless. I miss being able to enjoy silence. Tinnitus sucks ass! And it’s mind blowing to me that with all the med research there’s no cure
