SLP is still kicking my ass though so I have my work cut out for me. Diaphragm exercises give me so much fatigue. Really wish there was more discussion about how people with ME/CFS who go from very severe (for years) to mild/moderate rehabilitate 😮‍💨

i havent had anaphylaxis in 8 days which has not happened in 3 years. i've exerted myself for 8 days in a row (speaking for 5 hours straight, in my wheelchair for 4+ hours at a time, showering, etc). truly a miracle. really praying this new medication is not a fluke 😭 cuz if so i can start PT

Thats so true, you're right! And yup, exactly that. Our spaces often operate across multiple generations and we are responsible for their livelihood(s). It is so hard not to feel like you're constantly failing people, even though I know its due to *waves hand around*. Sigh.

YES! Most of the people around me are struggling so hard trying to figure it out, with literal lives at stake. It is so stressful and exhausting. I embarrassingly have shed many tears about it lol. 100% solidarity over here.
