Just discovered this, and I can confirm I write all of my day job and upcoming personal project by hand, no AI :3 handcraftedcode.org

I got my reading bug back :3 Started with Wheel of Time, eventually I read the second half of Eye of the World in a few days, then Yesteryear in 3 days, now Season of Fear in 2 days. All of them stellar. Great Hunt is up next

I made a pinhole camera myself :3

A rectangular shadow with an eclipse shaped light in the middle, the result of a pinhole camera made out of cardstock

Wow I guess I’m not that much of a picky eater (I included non-vegan stuff I liked before I was vegan)

A picky eater test showing I like most foods across various categories, with notable exceptions being asparagus, brussel sprouts, leafy greens, peas, blueberries, tomato juice, ranch dressing. Additionally I never had grits or fondant

Fun fact about this heatwave: it’s gonna be warmer in Germany today and tomorrow than the highest temps in Sri Lanka this week. Except ACs are far more common there

Hell yes, I’ve been on a roll for the past few weeks :3

SeaORM (and its sister project Seaography) is the most delightful ORM I ever used. This is what data manipulation should be like. Like what do you mean I can have GraphQL up and running in a few lines of code (including mutations, though I still had to write my own custom mutations)

No one is forcing you to advocate for the devil. It just screams “I love the devil, and actually he has a point about the Torment Nexus”

part of why I don't like AI is bc it's so often the antithesis of caring for the little things, the appreciation of the mundane, of seeing beauty where others haven't yet been able to, and seeking genuine fundamental understanding all in the name of "get product faster" I find it so disheartening

JKR and her new org apparently helped get the new Amnesty International report on how TERF organizations destroy lives taken down from their site. Well, guess what? The Streisand Effect is real. Here's the entire report in a thread. Read it. Share it.

POTS is such a catch-22. When I sit up or stand up for too long I get foggy and can’t think and end up needing a cane but when I lie down for too long I decondition myself and my POTS symptoms get worse

There's rumours we might be seeing a trailer for the sequel to "THAT" wizard game this week. To all of you who bought the last one, and said "I don't support her transphobia, but the story means so much to me", you've got a second chance to take a stand and not give her money this time.

Today is my birthday. If you wanna give me something: Spread my art. Thank you.

Shopkeeper Boro looks out of his tea shop’s round window with a cup of tea. A spring morning sumbeam illuminates his head. Two pluffin birds approach him joyfully.

A drawing of pokenon bulbasaur standing on a little rock and just absolutely BASKING in the sun. Taking it allll in. Surrounded by green lush leafs and tropical venusaur flowers. Tropical leafs cast a shadow.

A colourful sunny line art drawing. You see the top side of a beach. on one side, on a cliff there is a dog sleeping peacefully on the grassy surface. Eyes blisfully squint, surrounded by flowers and birds. In the distannce. On a rock in the sea, sits a merman, looking lovingly at the dog. Sun shines in their faces. Today is good.

A colourful chill isometric drawing. hand drawn and coloured. Optimus is chilling, sitting behind a barn in a farmland. looking at the birds that just landed on his arm. It’s a nice summer sunset.

Not arguing, just my experience. I did start out training a 🥺 voice but it didn’t feel like me and I ended up dropping in pitch sort of naturally, even got some fry in, and it sounds more like me, more effortless, and femme fatale :3
