"people keep being upset about Zelda's art style" is easily explained by the fact that there's been a consistent (if not properly vocalized) demand for Link to look exactly like he did in Soul Calibur 2, and so far, no Zelda game has literally done this.

my simplest non art advice to budding artists, do NOT have your bio/username disparage your work or reference being an "aspiring artist," makes me sad cuz it hurts the perception of your art & hinders your confidence which is necessary for improving if you do art youre an artist, dont lampshade it
