10 years today I was invited to an art show house party. I went bc I watched Yes Man that day. My one goal was to make out with a cute girl, and I ended up meeting my wife. I haven't even watched the premiere yet (H is at practice) but tbh it sounds like it's going about the way I thought it would. I'm to the point where I don't even hate-watch it anymore. We never finished the 49 premiere, but did watch 50 (which in itself was just "okay" IMO). When will Jeff retire??

Just finished beating Donkey Kong 64 on NSO. 🥲 An absolute childhood favorite. I never knew about the last 3 levels so it was a real treat to enjoy those for the first time. 🥹 It's also WILD how much DK64 and Banjo-Kazooie overlap; so many shared textures/characters/music. Love those games so much!!

I think my 2019 Macbook Pro is finally having flexgate issues. I bought it as a refurb in January 2021; had to have a $700 repair in 2024. I've been trying to hold out as long as I can, but I think it miiight be time to upgrade. Gonna try to wait as long as I can tho since I just got my car fixed. 😭

The AC in my Jeep started to go at the end of last summer, & finally went out completely in May. Luckily, I only really go to the hardware store/post office, but the heat has been BRUTAL. I picked up my car this morning from the shop, and that sweet, sweet cool air... 😭😭😭 I am so happy & grateful. 🙌
