Just finished this commission for a client ✨️ first time working on an illustration of this scale, it was a lot of fun!! 💕 [ #Art #Commission #DND #TTRPG #CommissionsOpen ]

A fully painted digital illustration of a drow man sitting at a counter. He's looking at the viewer, smirking and looking quite cocky. There's a raven sitting on his shoulder and he is doing a magic tarot card reading. The tarot cards are magically hovering over his hand and glowing in purple magical light. The man is sitting in front of a big stained glass window, framing his figure.
The background consists of his teashop, with various tea boxes and bottles standing on shelves.

Kith 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩 Their longing for each other is so intense, I'm surprised neither of them transformed into a puddle yet. #Art #OC #OCsky #Cel #Miho #KnightsAU #Swordlesbian

A digital painting of my OCs Celdervinn and Mihoko kissing. Mihoko is leaning in softly while having her arm wrapped around Celdervinn. Both have their eyes closed in anticipation for the touch. It's a very gentle and romantic moment between them. There's roses framing the painting.
Overall the colours are really warm and cozy.

i have no idea who originally made this but i feel it in my bones

An image with a wall of text, formatted like a belligerent screed:

STOP DOING RAYTRACING
-LIGHT RAYS WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE SIMULATED
-YEARS OF GAMING yet NO REAL-WORLD USE FOUND for bouncing light more than ONCE
-Wanted to go higher anyway for a laugh? We had a tool for that: It was called "BAKED LIGHTING"
-"Yes please give me SLIGHTLY better visuals. Give me those slightly better visuals at a cost of HALF my frame rate" - Statements dreamed up by the utterly Deranged
LOOK at what Big Graphic Card have been demanding your money for all this time, with all the decades worth of beautiful non-RT games in your backlog.

(This Is REAL Raytracing done by REAL $1600 graphics cards)
Insert - screen shots of video games showing the diminishing visual returns of ray tracing.

"Hello I would like to run my games poorly please"
They have played us for absolute fools

📖 Bytes of Game Ads 📺 "The best racing game on PlayStation" - Maximum. Watch out though, Wipeout; 2097 is on its way in a few months. 📖: PSX-Pro, July 1996

A full page ad for the first Wipeout game with less of the Designers Republic iconography than 2097's ads and with a pretty nifty render of the ships in flight.

So America, you take your 33 1/3 tariff, minus my 25% tariff and you got an 8 1/3 chance of winning with a Tariff. But then you take my 75% tariff, if we go one on one, and then add 66 2/3 per cents, I got 141 2/3 tariff. See USA, the numbers don't lie, and they spell disaster for you in 2025.

I always forget most drive thrus now have a pre-recorded cheerful voice that comes on as soon as you pull up. Its so jarring and awkward to try to talk back and then the voice of the real employee comes on. I have no idea why companies keep doing this. It makes the experience worse.

As someone who played a ton of card games growing up and was taught the basics of poker hands and stuff when I was like 9, the way PEGI associates Balatro with gambling is just bewildering to me. I didn't even know poker had a gambling component until I was way older, it was just another card game.
