artist's commentary on this one, this is one of those things where we have to analogize our actual experience (being shaped, socially accepted and treated as pregnant but not actually having a womb and even then, not having anything in there if there was one. and yet pregnancy is still meaningful to us as identity, presentation and self-expression, and we already look like a pregnant woman. so there are parallels, here, that we find meaningful and cathartic. also, dolls are cute! anyway this is like halfway vent art halfway kink art. engage with it as you will
