The Trump administration is currently suing to overturn the Virginia Dream Act, a law we fought for that provides in-state tuition to students who graduate from VA high schools, no matter their immigration status. VA is actively defending this law in court. www.courthousenews.com/virginia-def...

ICE has been holding toddlers and babies in detention. This has significantly impacted the child's development due to the lack of medical care and nutrition, and stressful conditions. No parent and child should be held under these harmful conditions. www.ms.now/news/trump-i...

For 10 days, Anabella Gyasi, a pregnant Ghanaian Mother and her 4-year-old Son with disabilities, were illegally detained at Dulles International Airport. They were held in a windowless room without food, hygiene, or medical care. They were recently deported after enduring detention for 10 days.
