Trump implying that DEI prioritises inclusion over competency - this is not true. You have to be competent to do any job. DEI is to encourage workforces to reflect the diversity of their respective communities (to give everyone an opportunity to do a job they are QUALIFIED to do).

Mum memories: when I was away at uni she’d drive down to visit on the odd Sunday (with her friend as she didn’t like driving on motorways), take me and my housemates out for lunch, then use the toilet in the pub next door which was rough as anything, but still, to her, far cleaner than ours!😂
