Saying there must be trials isn't just an emotive aspiration. Congress can: - Create a new court (complying w/ 6A jury vicinage) - Give it jurisdiction over defined category of crimes - Also create dedicated prosecutors for the same - Strip SCOTUS of appellate jurisdiction It can be done.

There are approximately 3 million undocumented persons in Texas and Florida, and there are about 100,000 in Minnesota. Ask yourself why ICE has been deployed to MN, but not even close to the same way in FL and TX. This isn't about immigration, it is all about politics and retribution.

This is what a soldier should do. The Martial Law provisions of the Korean Constitution did not allow them to stop the National Assembly from voting on its legality. He did his duty. He resisted an illegal order. I can only hope my brothers and sisters in uniform today make the same choice here.
