I so rarely find 00 flour, even in specialist supermarkets, but when I do get my hands on some the difference from regular flour for pizza dough is insane. Same recipe comes out a million times better.

Successfully upped pizza game again with One Weird Trick that actually worked - dough and sauce only until dough takes on colour, take back out, add toppings / cheese / olive oil, back in for 90 seconds. Shazam! The bread cooks properly and the toppings don’t dry out.
