Some insurances/FSA plans can even cover going to the gym, especially for seniors. You may be able to get things like acupressure or acupuncture covered for pain management if you want to avoid heavy medications.. I've explored our benefits and there's quite unexpected things in there.

If you have medical insurance, make sure to really educate yourself on your benefits. Look into any assistance or extras, transportation, home care, etc. A lot of them won't mention things they offer because it's not profitable. Know the things, and ask for them.
