« A fundamental idea to have in mind is that the foundations of every civilization are empathy, fraternity, solidarity, and mutual aid. Given that it is true in both the richest and poorest countries on the earth, this is very pertinent. Giving food aid to people who are most in need has been very popular in the last several years. »

« Many people, groups and municipal authorities have contacted the administrative justice system, responsible for ensuring compliance with these promises. Thus, administrative justice has obliged the State to fulfill its obligations in terms of air pollution and the reduction of greenhouse gases through numerous important judgments. In France, the Council of State decided in 2023 to impose new regulations on the government to control greenhouse gas emissions. This time, it is the community of Grande-Synthe (North), particularly vulnerable to the effects of climate change

I personally like to use the Légifrance « dossier législatif » as a starting point unless I'm looking for a specific document/the compte rendu (i.e. the Hansard). A link to it exists at the top of most acts and links to the Senate + Assembly pages as well as documents not easily found on either.
Example of how to access a dossier législatif on the légifrance website.

Sup. Ct. R. 14(1)(a): "The questions ... expressed ... without unnecessary detail. The questions should be short and should not be argumentative or repetitive." The question:
Questions Presented / In Obergefell v. Hodges, “five lawyers closed the
debate,” and imposed “an act of will, not legal
judgment. The right it announce[d] had no basis in
the Constitution.” 576 U.S. 644, 687 (2015) (Roberts,
J., dissenting). “[T]the Court read a right to same-sex
marriage into the Fourteenth Amendment, even
though that right is found nowhere in the text.” Davis
v. Ermold, 141 S. Ct. 3, 3 (2020) (Thomas, J.,
Statement). As predicted at the time Obergefell was
decided, it “would threaten the religious liberty of
many Americans who believe that marriage is a
sacred institution between one man and one woman.”
Id. “As a result of this Court’s alteration of the
Constitution, Davis found herself with a choice
between her religious beliefs and her job. When she
chose to follow her faith . . . she was sued almost
immediately for violating the constitutional rights of
same-sex couples.” Id. And, after being sued, she was
thrown in jail for doing so and then faced a jury
verdict of $100,000 (plus $260,000 in attorney’s fees)
based solely on emotional distress damages for “hurt
feelings” with no actual damages in her individual
capacity because the lower courts held that she was
entitled to no First Amendment protection. If ever a
case deserved review, the first individual who was
thrown in jail post-Obergefell for seeking
accommodation for her religious beliefs should be it.
The Questions Presented are:
(1) Whether the First Amendment Free Exercise
Clause provides an affirmative defense to tort liabilitybased solely on emotional distress damages with no
actual damages in the same manner as the Free
Speech Clause under Snyder v. Phelps, 562 U.S. 443
(2011).
(2) Whether a government official stripped of
Eleventh Amendment immunity and sued in her
individual capacity based solely on emotional distress
damages with no actual damages is entitled to assert
individual capacity and personal First Amendment
defenses in the same or similar manner as any other
individual defendant like in Synder v. Phelps, 562
U.S. 443 (2011), or does she stand before this Court
with no constitutional defenses or immunity
whatsoever.
(3) Whether Obergefell v. Hodges, 576 U.S. 644
(2015), and the legal fiction of substantive due
process, should be overturned.

To the extent that we (France) interpret our equivalent of the Establishment Clause to ostracise Muslims, I don't think that most of that actually comes from the statute but from the right-wing political discourse. Statute translation in the alt text.
Article 1: "The Republic guarantees freedom of conscience. It protects the free exercise of religions subject only to the restrictions imposed herein in the interests of public order."

Article 2 para. 1: "The Republic shall not recognise nor defray nor subsidise any religion. In consequence, from the 1st of January following the promulgation of this Act, all appropriations of the State, and [local governments] for the exercise of religion are repealed."

Para 2: [Limited exceptions for chaplaincies]

Para 3: "Public religious organisations are abolished, subject to article 3 [transitional provisions]"

I think 13 000 words refers to the *WHOLE* CFR part which defines plenty of different things, some of which are related to showers (like "hand-held showerhead") and others which have no obvious link at all (see the 4 consecutives examples)
33-word extract from 10 CFR § 430.2 : "Showerhead means a component or set of components distributed in commerce for attachment to a single supply fitting, for spraying water onto a bather, typically from an overhead position, excluding safety shower showerheads."Extract from 10 CFR § 430.2 giving succinct definitions for three-and-a-half concepts, including "hand-held showerhead", "HDMI", "home heating equipment", and "household".

That's not quite what it says. It doesn't claim that she's breached someone else's human rights because of her embezzlement, but it does appear to view her political leadership as an *aggravating* circumstance.
Lastly, the gravity of the acts committed in her dual capacity as elected representative and president of a leading political party, as well as Marine LE PEN's personal situation, also justify the ancillary sentence of five years' ineligibility, as infringement upon the right to stand for election, and to freedom of expression under art. 10 ECHR is proportionate to the severity of the above-mentioned conduct and the background (personality) of the offender.

They're even citing authority that directly contradicts what they're saying (at most that supports restricting birthright citizenship for those on tourist visas).
Extract from the Memorandum reading as follows:

[B]efore the adoption of the Fourteenth Amendment, Justice Story wrote: “Persons who are born in a country are generally deemed to be citizens and subjects of that country. A reasonable qualification of the rule would seem to be that it should not apply to the children of parents who were in itinere in the country, or who were abiding there for temporary purposes, as for health, or occasional business.” Joseph Story, Commentaries on the Conflict of Laws § 48, at 48 (1834).
