Aw hell yeah. Deadly Prey Gallery is rolling through soon. I think it's finally time to live by the code and pick this guy up: deadly-prey-gallery.myshopify.com/products/gho...

Bootleg Ghanaian movie poster for the film Ghost Dog. Several sick-ass images of dogs. One has a machine gun, another is wearing a ghost costume and firing lasers from its eyes

Did NOT know that Dragon Ball drink at Burger King had actual balls (boba) in it. Taking a lil sip of something and getting an unexpected mouthful of fruity sludge is kinda horrifying.

Despite not being born there, I consider little old Wausau, WI my hometown. This show takes place there and they mention it a lot. And hearing it mentioned is never not a hell of a jump-scare. screenrant.com/supernatural...

daaaang. Jealous of that movie count. I'm at about 600, but only really started collecting a handful of years ago. Probably have another 100 dvds and blu-rays in storage.

110

Jason Oestreicher @unastrike.com · 24/08/2026

Jealous! I can't wait to see it! Might have to wait for digital/physical release. :(

110

Jason Oestreicher @unastrike.com · 24/08/2026

Ooooooo... That's pretty rad looking. Jealous. Those games are some nice pickups. I've kind of weaned myself off of collecting physical games and instead opting for movies. I kept a few meaningful ones though.

Jason Oestreicher @unastrike.com · 24/08/2026

Also, this was my first time out of the house in a long time for something that wasn't a dr appt. I... struggled. So thankful they had picnic tables nearby. I was able to take a breather between shops. Getting better!

Jason Oestreicher @unastrike.com · 24/08/2026

One of my pickups. Baffled as to why I didn't have it already. Also wanted to buy something cause the guy was a Giant Bomb fan.

Made it out to a physical media swap/market today. (old movies, music, and such) Waaay too much good stuff at the @videodrome.bsky.social table. Had a good time getting nostalgic with vendors about Titanic VHS and Sega Master Systems.

Stickers, pin from the only video store in Atlanta, Videodrome. Also a Jason Voorhees pin because, of course.

20th Century/Disney is finally geting off their ass and releasing some more physical 4Ks this year. And there are some Bangers. Con Air ... Commando .... and (at long last)... The Rock.

glad they're doing that, at least. I wonder how this game ends up being preserved.

Today's Marvel Tokon patch on PC finally fixed the microstutters I (and many others) had. Haven't been able to check the online portion yet. Damn shame that the sony shit/anti-cheat just marred this pc port's launch. I hope the game recovers.

Remake that with goofy physics and you've got the next rage-bait hit

010

Jason Oestreicher @unastrike.com · 20/08/2026

I'm... angry? Nah, I was angry back when they laid off most of the team right after launch. Now I'm just depressed. And... fucking irritated! Riot squandered all of that talent and potential. Chewed em right up.

Nice work! Good intro to the hobby. I also own that clamshell and couldn't put it down for a while. Nowadays I use an Odin2 Portal and play a good portion of my steam library. It's easily the console I use the most.

Dang. News just broke that Screaming Mad George died earlier this year. They were a hell of an influence in horror. Anyone that had a part creating 'the shunting' in the movie Society deserves infamy.

I had to take a break from fighting games for a while (dumb health stuff). But man... Marvel Tokon is really stoking the embers. I need to lean on the easy inputs a bit when the hands are acting up. But I'm having fun with it. It's been a while...

I'd love to, but man are my hands in rough shape. playing for realsies is so frustrating and embarassing :(

I haven't been able to enjoy fighting games to the full extent in a while, but I'm looking forward to this one. I won't be playing much online and will mostly be mashing buttons in training
