I did not know this was how the original cassettes were issued. I managed to get Glit by chance, but would covet the others!

I’m honestly not sure which character I enjoy most; St John Talbot, Chancellor Gorkon or Gul Madred. He had such a presence in the Undiscovered Country, and such menace in Chain of Command. Made his appearance in the Final Frontier all the more impressive in his ability to portray the character

Watched Chain of Command Part 2 on the flight up to Edinburgh. Patrick Stewart is sublime as always, but it still hits hard that they managed to get David Warner to face up against him in a masterful episode of TNG. Two heavyweight actors of their generation - an absolute delight!

I’m a lurker on here, not really a poster. Don’t know why - you can barely shut me up in person. I feel like I want to share more, but ten years after a messy separation and eight years after the divorce finalised, I still find myself being overly reserved on social media.

AndyH @ukhack.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

Yes - I would say you’re right. I’m going to need to watch it all again, now you’ve put it to the front of my mind!

Totally and utterly agree with these picks. Sir Ian Richardson was masterful as the definitive FU, and I often described him as being deliciously evil. Livia, magnificently terrifying in her lust for power. I would have loved to see I, Claudius but with modern production - still stunning though!

Didn’t he buy the farm back in ‘86, or was it ‘06 - I can’t remember!

The very first issue of The Transformers by Marvel Comics was released in the UK on this day in 1984. Isn’t it crazy to think how far it’s come in over four decades? tfnation.com/TFN-Swi... #TFNation #Transformers

And now that voice has been silenced, yet lives on in the films, cartoons and many YouTube videos and recordings celebrating him. Thank you Mr Cullen, for being such a positive influence on me. Til all are one!

That said, I know how I feel and I know that the world is a little less special without this man in it. Reading the BBC News article revealed this absolute gem, which tells you everything you need to know about him. He famously found the voice of Optimus Prime through his brother…

The passing of Peter Cullen has hit me in a way unlike any other celebrity passing. His voice and characterisation of Optimus Prime was one of the key parts of my childhood, and has remained with me all the way through my life. I’m not artistically blessed, nor am good with a camera.

I did this recently because I wanted to get out how I feel about Optimus as a character. RIP Peter Cullen, who gave so much warmth to a cool big robot dad.

"Be strong enough to be gentle" Rust in peace Peter Cullen.

A colourful chill isometric drawing. hand drawn and coloured. Optimus is chilling, sitting behind a barn in a farmland. looking at the birds that just landed on his arm. It’s a nice summer sunset.
