New research from Drs. Mona Asghari Ahmadabad, Pouya Metanat, Michael Thomas, Luke Bonham, Andreas Rauschecker, Leo Sugrue, Chris Hess & Kambiz Nael used arterial spin-labeling MRI to measure perfusion at the cortical-CSF interface, finding it reduced in Alzheimer's. bit.ly/3T7DauS

We're proud to share #postdoc Minhao Zhou has received a 2026 ASBMR Young Investigator Award for his research using time-lapse HR-pQCT imaging to track how cortical bone changes in older men, revealing rapid loss alongside new bone forming in localized spots. Congratulations!

Dr. Tamara Vasilkovska has received a Postdoctoral Independent Research Award from the Sandler Program for Breakthrough Biomedical Research. Her project uses hyperpolarized MRI to watch brain metabolism in real time and catch the early changes of Alzheimer's.
