Noticing some muscle definition in my arms now, and I like to see it. Being down 110+ lbs. (since ‘23) and consistently going to the gym twice a week is making me feel pretty darn good. As someone who struggled with my weight/health for years, I never thought for a moment that I’d be here. 😊

I’m so irritated. It’s almost 100° outside and gas/groceries are higher than giraffe eyelashes (my car has 60-ish miles until “E”, too). AND I CAN’T EVEN GO OUTSIDE TO ENJOY THE COOL FALL BREEZE. Because there isn’t one. 😤

I still go to visit grandma and grandpa and I’m their main caretaker, but they’re so old and frail now. And I know time is slipping away…so fast. It’s not the same and it never will be again, and it breaks my heart. 😢 #grandparents

I had my iPhone 15 Pro Max resting in the cupholder of my wife’s minivan as we road tripped home from a football game yesterday. It was next to the Kit Kat bar I purchased at the gas station halfway through. The phone got so hot that it MELTED the Kit Kat. Girl, I was gonna eat that. 😞 Rude. #iPhone
