Plague doctor prepares for autumn, brewing some nice hot herbal tea

Very disappointed Trader Joe's changed the recipe for their Pumpkin O's Like... it's still good, but the texture is pretty much the same as Pumpkin Spice Cheerios, instead of that light crispy texture it had before Don't think I'll be getting it again

So recently we've been watching Columbo all the way through for the first time. I got curious about Mrs. Columbo, mainly because it stars Kate Mulgrew (Captain Janeway), and I think it's actually not that bad! The way people described it I thought it was going to be terrible.

Totally stocked up on Trader Joe's, Target, and Aldi pumpkin/autumn treats and snacks, so we're pretty much happy campers until Halloween. That just leaves the Monster Cereals and a few bags of trick-or-treat type candy for later...

I have mixed feelings about the cast announcement for the new Darkwing Duck series. On one hand, replacing Jim Cummings seems like a red flag, making it sound like they're not gonna stay true to the original, and I was horrified by the DuckTales reboot from almost a decade ago.

How does the zombification of Mitch McConnell benefit anyone? He obviously can't think straight enough to vote. He won't be reelected, and I doubt he'll even survive until the midterms. The Republicans won't benefit from it, McConnell's family won't benefit from it. What's the point?

I like my coffee pretty sweet (though not quite Starbucks sweet), so about a decade ago to reduce my sugar intake I started using blue agave syrup in my coffee. Blue agave syrup is so intensely sweet I only need one squirt of the stuff, and now I'm totally used to the flavor.

The Monkees TV show on Amazon Prime has been cropped to widescreen, which I guess is their idea of an "anniversary celebration". People who find black bars on the sides of their screens distracting and offensive have something wrong with their brains. I'll keep watching it on the archive, thanks.

When I saw this in "Trending" my first thought was "Oh, good, they're doing away with gendered colors!" but this is just ridiculous. I was born in 1957 and remember when the whole world, not just toys, had bright candy colors. I miss color.
