The Town of Monmouth, ME told its people there’s no more recycling. Except for corrugated cardboard, everything goes into the trash now. Town said it’s too expensive. No vote. No notice. No alternative. Just walking back to 1980’s. This is ridiculous. Who decided this? Selectmen? Town Manager?
