the heavy javascript overhead and cloudflare checks everywhere to use the web now break my heart because thanks to ramageddon i'm not upgrading anything anytime soon, and most of my PCs are a few generations old. having to use my one beefy desktop to look things up now sucks so bad

flat dipole RX antenna with 43cm on one leg and 54cm on other leg seems okay for 2m, 70cm, and 33cm bands (but would pick up a bit of 4G LTE and 5G in the 615MHz-690MHz range), may need some impedance matching (especially for 70cm). some SDR kits can do this out of the box. grab a nanovna and go!
