I see an uncomfortable amount of cases of indie artists and especially animators being forced into retirement or rescinding their active role in the animation process due to overwhelming chronic pain (mainly wrist injuries) and I feel like not enough is being done to prevent it...

With the rise of AI I need to introduce people to "The Test". The test is a game where you search for restaurants and food branding that looks the most old or amateur you can find. Branding that looks like it's over 30 years old, low quality bad lighting jpgs of food or people, comic sans, etc.
