I bought this bad boy, a Sun Ultra 27, at a @retrocollective.co.uk table top sale, and have just finished replacing the motherboard and getting it back up and running! Now my main linux server at home. It literally took some drilling, and some hammering, to get it to here! LOVE IT though!

Well that's useful. Asked #Vodafone for a transcript of the chat I just had with them on their business site, and it redacted all the location names. "All of our numbers in the [location] are [location] based only" The above is an actual quote from the transcript. Makes for a useless record.

OK, so fully migrated desktop PC to KDE (laptop still on Gnome currently). Going well'ish so far, some learning curve (e.g. what the heck are Workspaces used for?) - one query though... does EVERY app need to start with a "K"? C'mon I know it's KDE, but KWrite, Konsole, KCalc??
