So, not a week has gone by after me releasing esc2ps that I spot a problem. I'd not implemented ESC R, which changes the code page, that explains why my BBC can't print £ which is how I spotted the issue. So there is an update on github.com/johnhomelan/.... In full transparency 1/2

Finally got round to finishing the Epson dot matrix esc/p to postscript convert I started, then did not finish for a couple of years. Its now working reasonable well and handles most things, or at least all the stuff my BBC can throw at it. github.com/johnhomelan/...

Good buy to radio4 long wave, it finally stop broadcasting tonight. No more listing to it when in France anymore. Given the current transmitter in Droitwich, first started broadcasting 1934. It's amazing that it's been running for so long. 1/2

Creating a new NetwareVM has proved a little bit more tricky than initially I hoped. I wanted todo a fresh install of Netware 6.5 as I wanted to see what the last version of netware was like. Just finished my final calling gig as part of Whitby Folk Week, I am wiped out, but very happy. I've had a great set of bands I got to work with, Out of Hand, Banter, and Tenpenny bit, all putting in great performances. The fact we ended on a 48bar jib version of the NextGen theme made me v happy.
