I've been playing around with/using/kick-the-tires-of AI for about two years now. Without a doubt, AI-powered tools like Descript made my job easier, giving me time to be creative. Today I'm excited to reveal I've help co-found the AI Adoption Forum with James Rowe. aiadoptionforum.com

I knew this would happen. In the post-November scenarios I imagined in the Trump-win situation I figured his next step would be to find a way to stay in power. And if you think Trump won't use extra-legal ways to do it; you're (dangerously) fooling yourself. www.cbc.ca/news/world/t...

Watching the election coverage on CBC, in Poilievre’s comments he pointedly didn’t answer questions about women’s rights, trans rights, heck the rights of anyone who isn’t like him rights. Regardless of what he did say, it’s what he didn’t that matters most.

Okay Mac fans, it’s been a long (loonngg) time since I’ve had a machine capable of newer stuff (I could pretty much only have Chrome open to do anything.). So what are the must have apps now? I cleaned out a bunch of old utilities, etc recently because they were so out of date. Hit me w suggestions!

Clearly the CUSMA isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. We’ve known that since January, but today’s announcement of 50% tariffs on Canadian steel & aluminum really takes the cake. I think Mark Carney should start serious talks to join the EU.

Just had a really amazing AI interview for a startup. It's a great idea, do that first cut interview with an AI (so you can scale). The first round of seeing if someone is the right fit is always the hardest. I was amazed at how natural the voice sounded and how it actually had smart responses.

As we all shift our buying habits to buy more Canadian products when possible, I’d like to add a couple “yes, and…” parts to that. 🛒 buy local. Found a great tomato paste in a tube from a company in Whistler 🛒 shop local. Not Whole Foods. Not Safeway. I like Save-On Foods myself.
