You can really only rely on thermal radiation to dissipate heat, which is slow and can't outpace heat generation in a data centre. Also, thermal conduction will eventually heat every material on the station, no matter how insulated, and you really don't want a whole space station to get hot at once

The best way to dissipate heat is by running a cold fluid past the hot thing, usually air or water. You can't easily cool the fluid again after though, so they're usually just sent into the environment and replaced. In space, you can't get either easily so this method doesn't work.

I think his point wasn't that such work isn't well enough compensated, but that it's functionally impossible for those outside of the priveleged classes to pursue such work in the first place. Furthermore, this will also filter the perspectives accepted within those industries.

The Third World is not real to Westerners

Without directing this at anyone in particular, I feel like making statements like "Hinduism is very queer-accepting" or "the Indian trans bill that literally designates trans women as either groomers or self-mutilators doesn't really impact trans women" should be disqualifying in terms of being taken seriously on the topic, but are instead being met with a great degree of credulity.

I fear this is the piss on the poor site continuing to not exercise the literacy the US education system robbed them of, but I promise if you think about it for even a little bit you can overcome the orientalist and transmisogynistic biases that would lead you to accept such statements uncritically.

Declaring a religion as "queer-accepting" without any regard for the systems of oppression and literal theocratic fascism it is currently upholding in a nation of over a billion people is more than a little shortsighted, in fact, especially when said religion is being cited heavily by those implementing the aforementioned transphobic bill.

And maybe, maybe, just maybe, being seen as an oh so special "third sex" that isn't allowed into regular society and can't do any actual jobs besides begging for alms at ceremonies isn't a fucking privilege. Mayhaps you could read up more on the topic.
