Republicans have to focus on negative ads, their track record shows just how worthless they are for Iowan's. Miller-Meeks voted against the cap on insulin while pocketing big bucks from Pharmaceuticals. If it weren't for greed the Iowa GOP probably wouldn't be running for reelection.
