My sil asked me if I would've able to sell my house to help me in my retirement. I laughed hysterically. I own a 32 yo single wide mobile home. I'll be lucky not to have to pay to have it hauled off 3 days after my funeral and a week after I "retire"

I hate it. When I had dogs (both have passed) one would run around barking at the booms and the other would sit in my arms shaking the whole time. This happen every day for 10+ hours for almost a week. The block south of me spends $$$$$$ every year.
