It is now the 8th anniversary of Mania so time to dig up some Sonic trivia... This year, it's Kanga Clanga! (aka the Kangus). This lovable robo-roo originally lived in the outback but now entertains us all in Pinball Carnival Zone!

Kanga Clanga Badnik from Sonic Superstars. He is cute and orange, with a lovable blank eyed expression.

Kanga Clanga Badnik, as it appears in a 2.5D prototype Evening Star worked on after Sonic Mania. It is balancing on its tail and kicking forward with its springy roo feet! Sonic is knocked to the left with significant kinetic force.

A wider shot of Kanga Clanga hopping in pursuit of Sonic in the outback.

Thank you, everyone, for your interest and support! I thought I would answer some FAQs about Marathon Recompiled. We plan to support all DLC. We spent much of the afternoon getting it working today. Achievements will be tracked like Unleashed.

Been a while since I posted a progress update on Marathon Recompiled, so here's where we're at! We have working builds for Linux and macOS, and I'm working on sorting out the remaining blockers for Windows. Bugs in game, and singleplayer 3D not rendering properly yet but stay tuned...

In its current form, it is a disassembly, not a decompilation. We're nowhere near seeing any sort of port from this in its current state other than back to its original hardware. Stop promising things the original authors never said and maybe consult them first before speculation.

PyPak v2.1.0! Three new racers: Taizo Hori from Dig Dug, Fulgore from Killer Instinct, and Pomni from TADC! A Pooka follower is included, as well as a KI Logo follower! The KI Logo is extra fancy: it'll call out combos and laps! Download! NOW!!! pyspy.neocities.org/pypak/ #RingRacers #modding

Taizo Hori from Dig Dug with a trailing Pooka! A pookie, if you will.

Pomni from The Amazing Digital Circus! She seems uneasy with Black from Sprunki tailgating her.

Felt compelled to make this

Atop from left to right is an egg saying, "Find me!", Mario facing away, and Mario turning his head to reveal a smile.

Below is an image of a woman in red with server injuries to her eyes

Hilariously out of place Megaman from Cannon Spike, my precious

One of the endings in Cannon Spike, the Naomi/Dreamcast game by Capcom, if you beat it with Megaman and any other character, where the art style clash is really evident and Megaman was clearly just pasted there by a different artist

finally finished these drawings so I thought I'd share them hoping to finish the video later the ristar take is by @corven03.bsky.social & @rekkadraws.bsky.social

X as Mario, appearing taller than normal. His ears are pointed, much like wario. He's got a wicked grin with nasty teeth. A lover of arson, and does not play fair.

X as Ristar, his face cracked with dark substance emanating from his eyes. despite wearing a smile, there is nothing to be felt from this thing. His arms sickeningly cracking as they stretch out to move forward. Sent to quiet the roar.

X as NiGHTS, appearing ghastlier. It's cowl much like horns, with the sleeves able to retract and protract. Rather odd is that the hands it manipulates seem normal in comparison, it is not clear if it is its own or another's.
