I want to do that 9 games thing, except I feel like I've done it in some form or fashion like 50 different times ...so I might do it as an article for Astro Museum instead, so I can write a bit more about them

We went to a maid cafe today :)

A photo from the maid cafe at vexpo of two slices of cake, a Victoria sponge cake with an umbrella mascot (Victoria Roman) on it and a slice of chocolate cake with Mint Fantome on it. There is a Gigi murin grem mascot drawn on one plate and Sonic the hedgehog drawn on the other

OoT Remake looks fine. I like how snappy it looks and they kept it more faithful than I expected, actually. Only major bugbear is the colour grading - feels like the sort of game I'll be bumping up the saturation on my TV on like with Crossworlds, not sure why they made it so... grey

Finished Project Reignition, the new Secret Rings fan remake It doesn't unearth Secret Rings as a hidden gem or anything, but it is *far* better for a casual playthrough, and generally less painful. That said, the default button mappings are questionable (lots of weird overlapped inputs)...

Trying out that Project Reignition remake of Sonic and the Secret Rings that came out today. First impressions are really positive - and I especially appreciate that switching to the JP dub automatically changes the subtitles to actually translate the JP script too!

If the leaks/rumours of Crossworlds getting cross-progression are real, that’s honestly amazing - I was really baffled that they bigged up the SEGA account stuff and then didn’t do anything with it besides Twitch Drops and free DLC. I’ll probably double dip on SW2!
