A statement in regards to the Equality and Human Rights commission's recent Interim Update concerning single sex spaces.

TransLucent - Statement Following the Supreme Court Ruling

Following the recent Supreme Court ruling, the EHRC has issued an Interim Update for service providers and employers.

TransLucent's view is that the Interim Update is misleading and does not provide the clarity that is being claimed.

We urge service providers and employers to apply caution before making changes that might be unlawful.

TransLucent are currently taking legal advice from a highly respected firm of human rights solicitors and counsel.

A further statement will be made in due course.
