Great dashboard. You can easily see that the Philadelphia metro area receives almost 16% less in federal transit formula funding per-capita than peer metro Boston, most likely because PA is not on the Section 5340 "high-density" state list like MA and other NE states are

These massively scaled back parade service is another reminder that our transit agency is performing at a fraction of its potential. I'm not an expert on planning or ops, but I do know that if we had more trains to run and more people to run them, all of this might not be necessary.
