We join Bishop Matthew Heyd in standing with the Reverend Flourish Klink, in gratitude for their witness. Thank you for proclaiming the Good News and for being a beacon of courage and hope, Fr. Flouish, and thank you for vocally standing with them and all of us, Bishop Heyd. ⚓️

Every person is made in the image of God.

Our trans siblings are completely beloved by God. They belong in this Church in the altar and in the pew.

I ordained the Rev. Flourish Klink. They are a faithful priest and gifted pastor. I am proud to serve alongside them.

Their voice is important. When one of us is singled out, we stand together. That is what the Body of Christ does.

We meet Christ in one another.
